Watch the huge water body with its magnanimous waves. While gazing, think and feel of the Divine quality of Infinity in the sea. Also tell yourself that you are yourself vast like the sea - vast, joyful and happy. Ensure that weather is pleasant when you do this. You will notice immense calmness, strength and confidence within you.
