Practice Pranayama


Pranayama consists of breathing techniques as per Indian system of Yoga. Your body functions properly due to Prana or life force that is continuously flowing within the thousands of channels in your body.  Pranayama literally means control of life force. The prana(life force) is constantly nourished by your breathing.  As per Indian Yoga system,  the life span  of person is already determined in terms of number of his breaths. This means that if a person breathes faster, then his count of breaths will exhaust faster and accordingly his life span will also reach faster completion. Long and deep breathing is ideal for long and healthy life. Hence it makes sense to master your breath to live a healthy and happy life.
